Jessica Almonte (BSc HOM RYT)

“The Seaweed Homeopath” was born out of Jessica’s love for the ocean and creating unique health and nature focused experiences for people. As a homeschooling mother of two children and Homeopath, she finds daily nourishment, hormonal balance and digestive health from seaweeds and their numerous ancient healing benefits. Jessica lives on the sea in Sooke, BC where she enjoys foraging seaweed and treating patients at Intuitive Movement Clinic. Along with her Homeopathy & Health Sciences Diploma from CCHM, she has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology from Queen’s University, and Sivananda Yoga Teacher Training (200 hrs). She has a certificates in Seaweed Therapeutics from Wild Rose Herbal College, Advanced Exercise Prescription (Tim Hunt) and Exercise is Medicine from the American College of Sports Medicine. She is an active member of the British Columbia Association of Homeopaths and recently presented as a delegate at the 2025 International Seaweed Symposium on the Therapeutic Potential of Seaweed in Holistic Health Solutions.

Initial Consultation: 2 hrs, $150-200

Sit down with Jessica in person or virtually to discuss all mental, emotional and physical symptoms as well as past medical history and traumas. Walk away with an individualized plan consisting of a homeopathic remedy paired with diet, lifestyle and supplement recommendations.

Follow-up Consultation: 45 mins, $60-95

Jessica will review the initial consult plan in person or virtually and assess patient progress. If needed, appropriate changes will be made to the original remedy, supplement, diet and lifestyle plan based on patient symptoms, experiences and needs.
